Effective date: September 11, 2026
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This policy describes the consumer health data processed by Fombo Network Co., Ltd, the operator of Dayly, where the Washington My Health My Data Act or another applicable consumer health privacy law protects that information.

1. Categories and sources
We process food-allergy information, food intolerances or exclusions, and dietary choices that reveal a health condition when you enter them in Dayly. Relevant information can also appear in custom text, selected photos, support messages, or recipe results generated from your preferences.
The sources are you; a household member acting with the appropriate authority; app activity related to those entries; and ingredient or meal results generated using Google Gemini. Household-level restrictions can remain health data even when member names are omitted. The app also records recipe-check counts, which may be associated with an app identifier and may reveal use of health-related features.
Dayly does not retrieve medical records from healthcare providers, Apple Health, or Health Connect in this version. It does not use precise location to infer visits to healthcare facilities.
2. Why and how we process the information
We use relevant information to apply your requested ingredient restrictions, generate household meal suggestions, identify ingredients from selected photos, and respond to related support or privacy requests. Profile information is stored on your device. AI requests transmit relevant combined dietary restrictions, ingredients, or selected photos to Google. The app's custom analytics transmits check counts rather than full allergy lists or member names.
Generated recipes and illustrations may reflect dietary restrictions. A generated dish title and illustration may enter the shared recipe-image cache; the uploaded fridge photo and household profile do not enter that cache.
Where consent is legally required, processing must be limited to the consent given. Reading this policy or accepting the general Terms of Use is not, by itself, a separate consent to collect or share consumer health data.
3. Recipients and disclosures
| Recipient or recipient category | Health-related information and purpose |
|---|---|
| Google, including Gemini and Firebase AI Logic | Relevant dietary restrictions, selected photos, ingredient information, and generated outputs to provide AI meal features |
| Google Cloud Firestore and users of the shared illustration cache | Generated dish titles and illustrations that may reflect a dietary restriction; reused as recipe illustrations |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Recipe-check counts and associated app-event information; no intentional upload of full allergy lists or member names in custom events |
| Google Gmail and our authorized support personnel | Health-related information you choose to include in a support or privacy email, to respond to that request |
| People and apps you choose when sharing | Any health-related information apparent in the plan or list you choose to share |
Adapty and the app stores receive purchase and technical information. The current app does not intentionally send household allergy lists or fridge photos to them. Network requests may nevertheless reveal use of Dayly.
No affiliated company is identified as a recipient of household health information in the current implementation. Other disclosures, such as a legally required disclosure, will be assessed under the applicable consumer health data law. We do not offer household health information for sale. Any sharing that requires separate consent must be covered by that consent before it occurs.
4. Your health-data rights
Where applicable law provides these rights, you can request confirmation of collection, access to consumer health data, a list of third parties and affiliates with whom it has been shared or sold and a way to contact them, withdrawal of consent, and deletion. A person whose household information was entered by someone else may also make a request.
Email fombo888@gmail.com with the subject “Dayly health data request.” We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the records. A name or email alone may not identify an app installation, because Dayly has no account login. We will explain the information needed without requesting your store password or full payment-card details.
We will respond within the time required by the applicable law. If we deny a request, we will provide an explanation and information about an appeal. To appeal, reply to the decision or email the same address with the subject “Dayly health data appeal.” If an appeal is denied, you may contact the relevant regulator, including the Washington Attorney General where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You can edit household restrictions in the app or use “Start over” to reset the local household records described in the main Privacy Policy. These actions do not automatically delete provider records. For a verified deletion request, we will take the steps required by applicable law, including notifying relevant processors or recipients and addressing retained or backup copies as required. Withdrawal affects future processing; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Features that need the withdrawn information may no longer operate as requested.
